Dear Customers, I hope you are all well and pain free.
I just wanted to update you with our current protocols, in view of the recent relaxation of Covid restrictions.
Although there is no longer a legal requirement to self isolate if you test positive for Covid, we, at The Oxford Body Whisperer, are still committed to minimising any potential risks to our customers or ourselves. Therefore we will be implementing the following:
- We will cancel any appointments if we test positive or display any cold or flu symptoms.
- We will continue to wear masks during the treatment and we will ensure that the treatment room is thoroughly sanitised and ventilated between appointments.
- We will require that our new “Wellness” questionnaire is completed and returned by each client, before attending the treatment room. If you feel unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your treatment.
- We would ask that you continue to wear masks during your treatment BUT if you are unable to wear a mask please can you let us know in advance of the treatment. If you are unable to wear a mask we will treat you but we will be unable work around the neck or face area.
